Ted Gartland Through his non-profit Carbonissues.com website, podcast and newsletter he has been instrumental in keeping the industry aware of environmental issues regarding refrigerants.
Ted is an adviser on the Climate Action Reserve ODS destruction working group which recently standardized a methodology around carbon offset credits for refrigerant destruction.
In his role from 2006-2009 as Director of Refrigerants and Carbon Management at Verisae, Ted assisted clients in managing a portfolio of over 38M pounds of refrigerants contained in over 20,000 sites worldwide.
Previous to Verisae Ted spent 14 years with Honeywell Genetron Refrigerants where he was integral in the commercialization of R-507, R-404A, R-410A and many HFC based refrigerants.
